Pay Rates

 

The Pay Rate tab gives you the flexibility to pay your Reps in multiple different ways.

 

 

          

 

Step 1:  Select the appropriate Rep Type and title for the new Rep.

 

Step 2:  Set-up a Pay Rate for each position a Rep can earn a commission for by checking the appropriate boxes and using the drop-down menu to select the PayRate

 

Step 3:  Choose one of the four Cost Levels for Accessory and Supplies.

 

Step 4:  Go to the "Pay Info" Tab and select any additional Pay options.

 

Example:

 

Let's say a Dealer can also receive a Canvassing profit on his own Canvassed sale.

 

o        Under "Rep Type" select "Dealer" then in the "Title" box select "Dealer"

 

o        Next, to the right in the "Pay Rates" check the box next to "Dealer", then drop down the box next to it and choose a "Dealer" Payrate

 

o        Next, check the box next to "Canvasser/Telemarketer" and then select a Payrate to the right.

 

o        Now, the Dealer can earn profit on the same sale as two different Rep Types.

 

o        A Team Leader who has a personal sale can earn 3 different profits: Dealer, Canvasser, and Team Leader.
